The hotel staff are professional, courteous, attentive to your needs, and address issues quickly. The nice gesture of offering free cookies makes your stay even more enjoyable. The cookies offered upon check-in and check-out are incredibly delicious as well!
Rooms are clean with fresh clean linens, and more than adequate amenities. Great, soft towels for the pool and the breakfast is good as well.
The hotel is right in the middle of it all. If you enjoy entertainment or just want to shop, you are at the right hotel. In addition, the hotel is very attractive and the atmosphere is friendly.
The hotel rooms are certainly classy, but it's missing a fridge and microwave. It would certainly be more convenient if they had at least one of the two. Service can be slow and the rooms are smaller than average as well.
Though the hotel is clean overall, the décor could do with a bit of renovation. For example, you may find grout in the bathroom in poor condition, cracks in tiles, loose hinges. The small things that actually hold the very fiber of the hotel together. Rooms are somewhat average in size.
This side of the hotel has continuous noise that will drive you mad. If possible, request a room away from the noisy end.
