Stays from 1 week on can already get highly reduced rents, moreover, we offer the option of a deposit-free monthly rent. The apartment house is located only 2 minutes walking distance from Wien Meidling train station and the closest shopping facility and therefore offers great connections to both regional trains as well as the Viennese public transport (undergound line U6). As most of our apartment renters stay long-term the reception is located in our main house on Felberstr. 20, near Westbahnhof train station.
