A few housekeeping issues
Some guests reported that they were less than pleased with housekeeping, as the bathrooms were dirty with stains and hair evident, and a few guests found leftover items of clothing and food in their rooms.
negative:
Lack of soundproofing
Guests reported that the walls are quite thin and the doors aren't soundproofed either, which means that any conversation taking place next door and any activity in the hallway aren't blocked out.
negative:
Some rooms not renovated yet
Guests noted that some of the rooms had not been renovated yet, as they were starting to look dated, especially the villas. They stated that the furniture was showing lots of wear and tear and some of the air-conditioning units are no longer powerful enough to sufficiently cool the rooms.
