The staff here is very courteous and helpful with questions and concerns. They are always smiling and do speak English.

The units are very spacious and give enough room for larger families. The private pool is a great feature for those seeking relaxation or for those with kids. The units have full kitchens and living room areas that allows guests to stretch out. Most of the bedrooms are ensuite and the outdoor area has plenty of sun loungers and deck space.

Some room rates do come with inclusive food services, either full or breakfast only which can be delivered to the rooms. The hotel also offers airport transfers and shuttle service to a nearby market and shopping area.

While a pleasant stay, there are several missing features that keep this from being a great stay. The Wi-Fi service isn't great and the water pressure in the shower is weak. There are many insects in and around the villas and the lighting in the rooms is dim. The breakfast service offers little variety and is served cold.

The hotel is quite a walk to restaurants and shops and has a major intersection nearby. The noise from the traffic can be bothersome and walking in and around the cars and motorbikes can be frustrating.

The units aren't brand new and wear and tear from other guests can be seen. Maintenance is needed around the building and cleaning services could do a better job. Bedding is stained and thin from overuse.
