Awesome location
If you are a beach lover, then this may be one of the best locations for Cottesloe Beach. Guests found themselves heading for the beach soon after breakfast, and if you are going to venture a little further, the Cottesloe train station is just down the street.
positive:

If you plan on doing quite a bit of cooking during your stay here, then you will be pleased to know that most guests found the utensils and cookware more than adequate to knock up just about any meal.
positive:
Great night's sleep
The beds are amazing according to almost all visitors, the mattresses are just right, and guests noticed the quality of the sheets in particular, saying that they felt crisp, clean and fairy new. The rooms are also pretty quiet, even though there is a main road within easy access to the hotel.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Spiral staircase not ideal
If you are travelling with little children, or you are elderly, then the spiral stairs leading up to the rooms may just be a bit of an issue. Many guests did not see this indicated on the booking web site, and said it should have been clearly indicated.
negative:
Uncomfortable bunk beds
If you do come with the kids then you may not be a fan of the bunk beds that are available for them. According to many guests, they are squeaky, lumpy and really don't offer a very good night's sleep. Perhaps the friendly front desk staff could provide you with extra blankets to cover the mattress.
negative:
No issues reported.
So far, no recent negative opinion has been expressed by guests about this hotel.
