Generally the Inn is found to represent good value, and checking in is smooth and swift, guests expressed pleasure that on checking in after midnight there was actually a receptionist available, and that for an extra few miles of driving they had prices that are much better than downtown. Beds, equipped with ample pillows make for a good night's rest. With ample parking guests may be lucky and able to park right outside their room. .

Regular Comfort Inn visitors found the rooms to be quiet and clean; on their recent trip they had a remodelled room, and usually find staying here to be a pleasant experience. Others comment that this establishment is above average for the brand. .

The staff are friendly, and guests enjoyed the breakfast, and found the location, close to the airport and the town, very much to their liking. The pool was found to be very clean and well maintained. .

The walls and insulation between bedrooms are very thin and allow sound to travel almost unimpeded. Some bathrooms are in need of maintenance, with doors jamming, a tub that did not drain, and a toilet that would not flush. .

A number of guests reported issues in accounting and booking matters, a supplement for cruise passengers' parking that was not explained in advance, and conversely a shuttle that had been mentioned verbally, but did not exist. There seemed to be some very relaxed behavior and partying going on, but the noise, when complained about problem was promptly dealt with by security. .
