The hotel is located close to many places of interest and attraction sites. Being at the heart of Quebec City offers plenty of dining options for those who choose to have their meals outside the hotel. The scenery breathtaking scenery at the Notre Dame Cathedral and Battlefield Park is just a stroll away and there are numerous shops in the area.

The general consensus amongst most guests was that the staff members are well trained and very professional in carrying out their duties. Their warm and pleasing attitudes make it easy for them to build a strong relationship with most guests and this contributed to overall satisfaction.

Even though the parking lot was conveniently situated, a number of guests felt that they were being overcharged to park and a few found it inconvenient that arrangements had to be made prior to their arrival in order to reserve parking space.
