By all accounts, the location of these apartments is fantastic. Not only are they located in the heart of the old town, but they are right on one of the city's main shopping streets. Surrounded by bars and restaurants - the Panaria right below is a perennial hit with visitors - this property puts guests right in the thick of the city.

Many guests were extremely happy to find that the interiors of these flats had recently been refurbished and were all of a high standard. Additionally, the standard of housekeeping here is outstanding, with many impressed by the spotless look of their units.

Multiple guests report being met upon arrival by extremely helpful and friendly staff, all of whom were keen to point out local attractions and restaurants. Those visiting this city for the first time found this to be an especially nice touch, something that only enhanced their stay here.

While many were absolutely delighted with their time here, a number did comment on a few minor points for improvement. First and foremost, there were reports of loud, noisy fridges in certain units.

For some, the beds were just too firm for comfort, while others were more annoyed at the lack of substantial pillows here.

A number of guests noted that these apartments did not feature any toiletries. Many were especially dismayed to find that hand soap was especially lacking. Finally, some guests were also surprised at the dearth of laundry facilities at this property.
