A few housekeeping issues
Overall, most guests of the hotel found it to be a comfortable environment filled with all the best amenities available. Some guests did feel the resort could use a deep cleaning to remove random grime and mold from the bathrooms, and allergens from the rugs.

While the Cap Tremblant Mountain Resort does offer its guests free Wi-Fi, some prior visitors have had problems maintaining a strong, continual connection in their rooms. If you require a dedicated, stable Internet source, you may wish to bring a hot spot.
