Guest comment that the hotel is ideally located for a business travellers and it a good venue for a sound night's rest before an international flight.

Guest note that the multi-lingual staff at the hotel reception desk are especially helpful, glad to assist with currency exchange, car rental and quick to offer useful tourist advice and driving directions. The staff is described as cordial, attentive and accommodating.

Guest compliment the bright and cheerful decor in the guest rooms, noting that everything is clean and fresh, the bedding comfortable and the rooms are equipped with all the amenities required for a comfortable stay including coffee and tea making facilities and a large flat-screen television with satellite channels. Guests comment that they enjoyed their stay, will return and will recommend to family and friends.

Some guests with rooms on the street level complain of the noise in the parking lot, remarking that in the early morning when guests are departing, the noise of slamming trunk lids, shouts and car doors slamming disturbed their rest.
