This hotel is in a great spot in Nantucket as it is just a short walk from all of the most interesting places. You can be at the beach in moments while there are plenty of shops and restaurants just a few minutes' walk from the front door.
The people that work here are extremely well trained and super polite to all of their guests. You'll feel like a returning friend even if it's your first time at the hotel. They are more than willing to help you out with recommendations for places to eat or things to do in the area.
The heated outdoor pool is the main attraction of this hotel, and it's easy to see why. It's kept in pristine condition, and guests that stay in the poolside rooms find them to be super convenient.
This is more of a motel than a hotel and as such you have lots of open hallways with direct access to rooms. This may not bother some guests, but others found it a little too open especially when paying premium rates.
Everything they say will be in the room is in there, but it's still pretty basic. Some guests have found that the beds were uncomfortable, and the pull out sleeper sofa was too old to offer a good night's rest. Not terrible but not the standard you expect for Nantucket.
The place hasn't been updated in a while, and some guests have complained of musty smells in their rooms. The furniture is showing the signs of wear and tear and the bathrooms while clean enough are in need of some work to bring them up to date.
