Towels and toiletries are provided and beds are remarkably ample. Being central in a busy city, you should expect a bit of noise. Bring your earplugs or ask for a rear-facing unit.
The parking area for some apartments is a bit of distance away, but that's typical in central Krakow. Ask staff for recommendations on street parking or other options.
You'll enter and exit through a restaurant, which feels a bit strange to most. Some found the smell of food from the restaurant wafted into their apartments, especially when windows were left open. Be prepared for walking up and down stairs, too, as there is no lift - staff may assist you with luggage occasionally.
