You can’t fault the customer service here, it has just the right balance. When you don’t want to be disturbed you’ll be left in peace, but when you need something the staff are always around to help.
One area in which this place is lacking is the choices on the restaurant menu. Not enough variety is available, and the quality of the food served could do with being improved too.
