During scheduled times, guests are provided with a free shuttle service from the hotel to down down Austin which many guests found to be helpful and convenient. The on site pool facilities can be enjoyed by children and adults alike and also provides a quite place to relax.

Austin Marriott South offers different sized rooms and guests described the rooms as being either cosy or spacious. Housekeeping services the rooms daily which are kept clean and tidy. The rooms as well as the common areas are comfortable and well maintained. The Limestone restaurant was also praised for it's wide selection of fresh and tasty dishes to choose from.
