    Great Location

    The hotel was found to be in a great location within walking distance from the El Retiro Park and from the metro stations. Guests were able to head to various eateries and bars, as well as the other attractions of the city.

    Guests felt that the apartments were a good value for their stay. They had their own space in a central and elegant neighbourhood within range of the central area of Madrid. The furnishings were also comfortable and the apartments were clean.

    Old Renovations

    Guests felt that the renovations of the apartments were not much help as they found that the showers were not working well with little hot water, the toilets would not flush properly and the air conditioning was not good. The apartments left much to be desired.

    Guests did not like the indifferent manner in which the staff treated their guests. They felt they did not really care to accommodate their guests since their requests were mostly ignored. The staff did not speak good English as well.

    Guests did not enjoy their stay because there were missing amenities that were not included such as the kitchen cutlery and kitchenware which had to be rented separately. The Internet and plumbing also needed to be dealt with as it was slow.
