Amnissos Residence is a 3 star resort and located in the area of Pigianos Kampos, just 8 km from the city of Rethymnon. At the entrance of the hotel there is a bus stop to the city center. The hotel consists of 87 comfortable rooms, 63 bungalows with an individual unique style like a Cretan traditional village and 24 rooms in a main building with two floors. Amnissos Residence combining Cretan hospitality with the unique picturesque bungalows design in a comfortable area of 10 acres full of green, warm and friendly is the ideal place for relaxation for couples and families. Every room provides : Satellite tv, air condition (individualy controlled), refrigerator (mini bar under request – extra charge), safe box (extra charge), hairdryer, bathroom with tab or shower Every room has balcony or terrace with sea/garden or swimming pool view offering a pleasant stay with calmness. There are also a Main Pool Bar and the Tropical Bar where served drinks in Half Board and All Inclusive base as well as a Main Restaurant "Aegean" where served in full buffet, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Amnissos Residence has a comfortable space next to the main pool bar with 2 two full renovated swimming pools, one for adults 150 sq.meters and one for children 15 sq.meters. The pools have deepth 1,70 m. Sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool are free of charge for hotel guests. For those who prefer to relax by the sea, the hotel suggests the nearest beach which is located just 150 meters from the hotel. The beach consists of sand and pebbles and there are sunbeds and umbrellas. In the hotel there is also a playground and free parking area for all of our guests. The hotel was built in 1987 and is a family business. The last major renovations were made in 2016 and 2018 while last year 6 new superior rooms were created for couples and families. What makes the hotel stand out is the friendly, warm family atmosphere that derives from both the behavior of the staff and the management offering their services with professionalism and responsibility.
