Hotel Altinkaya (Girne, Cyprus)

Staff at the Altinkaya Holiday Resort has been found to be very helpful, polite and friendly. The guests have appreciated the fact that all the staff members were accommodating to their needs.

All the rooms at the hotel are kept super clean­­. The guests reported that beds in the rooms were very soft with neat and tidy bed sheets over them offering a great comfort. Bathrooms were also extremely clean and featured fresh/good smelling towels.

Guests have frequently commented on the extremely clean swimming pools at the hotel. They found both the pools very well kept and it was a blissful experience for them to enjoy cocktails at the pool side bar. The gardens around the hotel were kept very clean and the kids could play there freely without having to worry about being crowded.

Few guests fell sick during the stay and did not feel like eating food at the hotel. They complained that they were not allowed to order/bring any food or drinks from outside into the hotel premises.

Few cushions on the sun-beds were found to be stained. However, the staff changed them upon requesting.

The taste and quality of the breakfast served at the Altinkaya Holiday Resort has been found to be terrible. The guests often skipped the breakfast at the hotel and went out to eat.
