An enchanting historical boutique hotel between Portofino and the Cinque Terre, dating back to 1484 when the Franciscan friars built the convent with its double cloister and chose it as their dwelling. Since 2006 Francesca and Greta like to savour the timeless beauty which surrounds them and being able to share it with all of their guests is a great privilege they feel. The snug dimensions of the building let Francesca and Greta take care of every detail and make each of their guests feel that they are at home! Every morning guests of the Abbadia San Giorgio are served a lavish cold and hot breakfast buffet consisting primarily of organic products. Once a week (from June to September) they can have a culinary experience in the special atmosphere of the cloister where they can enjoy the flavours of the Ligurian tradition. Every evening they have the possibility to enjoy a special aperitivo in the charming lower or upper portico or in the calmness of their room. Ligurian Cooking classes followed by lunch or dinner, massages in the room and yoga classes are bookable in advance
