The housekeeping standard on the property is very good and the rooms are usually found to be clean, with comfortable beds.

The resort has well-trained, and professional staff, ready to assist the guests in any way possible to ensure an enjoyable stay. Staff members have generally been found to be friendly and helpful, particularly the staff by the pool, where guests in this resort love to relax. Here, they serve a great 'Goombay Smash' rum drink. The breakfast provided by the Angler's Restaurant is good. This restaurant serves international and local cuisine and some of the local dishes served here are really appreciated by the visitors.

The property has a private beach and marina, which is enjoyed by visitors here. It's a white, sandy beach and is very quiet. As the beach is private to the resort and very close to the hotel, it is the perfect place to relax. The location of the resort is popular because it is close to the ferry, the car rental shops and restaurants. It is possible to get out and visit other islands on the ferry. The sea views from here are excellent and the grounds and marina are beautiful.

The Wi-Fi signal here is sporadic and susceptible to storms. This means that Internet connectivity can sometimes be a problem at this location, although it's not always that way. The TV reception is also quite unstable sometimes, probably for the same reasons.

It has been noticed that the rooms are rather dated and tired looking and could certainly benefit from a refurbishment program.

There have been complaints that the air-conditioning system here is rather noisy and disturbing.
