Negative Reviews
negative:
Indifferent and unfriendly staff
The staff has been found to be unfriendly and indifferent. The members are not forthcoming with any offer of help to guests with their luggage or other requests. Check-in has a host of problems associated with producing documents and cash deposits.
negative:
Room and bathroom issues
Guests
say toilets are small, with some having no lights as well.
There is no air conditioning in the rooms and opening windows lets in street
noise. Guests also find it inconvenient that there are very limited plug points
in the rooms.
negative:
Not well maintained
Guests say that maintenance does not figure high in the list for the hostel. The rooms are dirty, some with stained sheets and mattresses. The bathrooms are also unclean, and so is the common kitchen, which is also reportedly cluttered.
