About Casa Encuentro Ecolodge

✔ Casa Encuentro does not provide 24 hour services. Schedule of operations runs from established check-in times until 7:00 pm. ✔ The finca does not have the proper facilities to maintain pets. Thus, pets are NOT allowed. ✔ All of the guests must show their ID document in order to enter the finca. Foreigners must show a valid, original passport. ✔ Every minor must be registered at the front desk and be accompanied by legal parental supervision. ✔ It is important to keep in mind that only payments in cash or transfers to the Bancolombia account are accepted. ✔ Guests should be aware that children over 5 years old must pay the full rate for lodging and breakfast. ✔ For the safety of our guests, it’s advised not to swim in the lake. If they do so it under their own full responsibility. ✔ It’s advised that guests should keep volume and noise to a minimum after 10:00 pm.
