Positive Reviews
positive:
Easy access to MRT
There are two train stations within an easy walk from the hotel, and travellers who did not have their own vehicles with them had no issues at all. Public transport was considered to be safe and reliable, and will link you to just about anywhere you wish to go.
positive:
Priced right
Many visitors felt the economically priced rooms were well within their budgets, and whatever was left over could be spent on something special for themselves as a memento. Guests said they found the amenities in line with the reasonable price tag.
positive:
Rooms have plenty of space
Almost all couples said the rooms were spacious enough for them as well as a child, and they were relatively well cleaned and well furnished. If you are just passing through, or spending a few nights, visitors felt they had just about everything they needed.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Food not up to scratch
Those who tried the breakfast were not impressed, and felt the dishes were bland and not very well thought out. Guests were not pleased with the taste, the choice of dishes, and the presentation.
negative:
Watch out when you ask for extras
If you find your room has no kettle, or if you need to ask for an additional blanket, the front desk staff may not be as obliging as you might expect. Guests were told there are no extras, and they would have to be happy with what is already in the rooms.
negative:
Lacking customer service
It seems hospitality is not top of the list of important factors here. Guests found the staff to be a little distant and not eager to please. Nonetheless, many guests just got on with the vacation, and spent as much time as possible exploring the surrounding local attractions.
