Guests welcomed the central location that is literally in the very center of the downtown area. Restaurants, shops and many attractions are only minutes away from the hotel.

Guests have the option to park on their own for free or avail of the valet parking service. The parking is convenient and located very close to the building and best of all, it's free.

The restaurant at this hotel is very nice with friendly service and lots of delicious food including a large breakfast that provides more than enough healthy and well-prepared items to get you through the morning.

Guests report that the staff at Haywood Park are disorganized and unprofessional when dealing with customers. Guests reported that they were told one thing when they booked and something different when they arrived, there are frequent issues with bookings, they are slow to respond to issues, they don't offer apologies when things go wrong and no one answers the phone at the front desk when calling for assistance.

The guest rooms are cold and damp and feature dated decor and furnishings. Also reported was broken appliances, malfunctioning air conditioning, a smell of mildew and poor water pressure in the shower. Guests also reported that it is very hard to get a good, comfortable temperature in the shower.

Guests reported that the walls in the guest rooms must not be soundproof because they could hear every sound coming from nearby rooms. Water running, toilets flushing, conversations, doors opening and closing and footsteps are some of the sounds that can be heard.
