Guests were pleased to find that their rooms were clean and stylishly decorated with elegant pieces of furniture and quality upholstery. The bathrooms were described as being recently renovated with modern and up-to-date fixtures and fittings. Many complimented the housekeeping staff stating that their rooms were kept neat and tidy for the duration of their stay.

Many appreciated having several pleasant and comfortable places on the hotel's premises where they could relax and unwind including the stylishly decorated lounges with their cosy open fireplaces. During warmer weather a favourite spot for many guests was the sun terrace with its stunning views over the gardens and surrounding countryside.
