Expensive food at the on-site restaurant
Most guests were disappointed with the price of the food served at the hotel. The food was quite basic but overpriced, and the menu offered was quite limiting so other guests opted to dine out at the nearby restaurants.

Some guests complained about the lack of respect and inhospitable treatment of the manager and staff. Guests did not feel welcomed and were intimidated the whole time, which made their stay less pleasant.

Aside from the overall expensive stay, some guests were displeased with the idea of paying extra charges when you make a reservation at the on-site restaurant, as well as the use of sun beds. Moreover, few guests had to pay for some damages from having a small lipstick mark on the bed and for breaking a mirror.
