positive:
Consistently good customer service
This hotel sees a lot of repeat guests and given the quality of the staff here, that's no surprise. Visitors report being met warmly and promptly, but what's more, it appears that staff here are attentive and able to anticipate the needs of guests before they are even verbalised.
positive:
Parking access
Parking is quite often an issue at a lot of hotels, but certainly not here. Guests were extremely happy to find that this little inn boasts ample parking, both in the courtyard area and in the rear of this building.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Tiny TVs and Wi-Fi issues
While the in-room amenities at this inn are mostly solid, a couple of guests felt that the TVs here could be a lot bigger. Additionally, recent visitors had problems accessing and staying connected to the property's Wi-Fi.
negative:
Small beds
A number of guests also said that the beds here seemed to be rather small. This unfortunately made for a rather uncomfortable night's sleep and for some, did seem to have an impact on the overall guest experience.
negative:
Crowded restaurant area
The food at this inn is highly commended and some guests reported having difficulties obtaining a table during peak times without a booking. This unfortunately left a number of visitors at a loose end in terms of dinner options.
