The self-catering cottages add kitchens and dining areas whilst suites have separate living areas. The inn is surrounded by lush tropical gardens complete with a salt-water pool and a koi pond which provide a tranquil and peaceful backdrop. Guests described the setting as a tranquil oasis yet found it very handy being within walking distance of many local amenities as well as local tourist attractions.
The immaculately presented gardens with colourful plants and foliage proved very popular with the guests who thoroughly enjoyed sitting outside with a few drinks. Many of the cottages have private porches where guests could enjoy their morning coffee whilst taking in the scenic views. Guests also complimented the well-appointed lounge where they were able to enjoy complimentary wine and cheese every evening.
Guests were very complimentary with regards to the breakfasts served onsite stating that the hot dishes were cooked to perfection and made from quality ingredients. Many appreciated savouring a new dish every morning whilst the buffet was also said to be extensive featuring a vast array of cold items.
The inn is a popular venue for wedding receptions and guests whose rooms were located close to the banquet suite said that they were disturbed by music and noise at times when parties were being held on-site. Others mentioned hearing noise from the adjoining rooms due to poor sound insulation.
Guests who wanted to connect to the Internet from their rooms said that they experienced difficulties as the Wi-Fi signal was said to be rather weak and intermittent.
