Riva Luxury Rooms is located in the centre of Split on the south wall of Diocletian’s Palace, a UNESCO heritage site dating back to the fifth century. The rooms here are a great mix of ancient and modern being build on parts of the old Roman city but kitted out with all the mod cons you could want. The beds are very comfortable while the shower offers reliable water pressure and temperature. Small touches like a fridge and speakers make this feel like a home away from home.
One of the highlights for many guests in the rooftop terrace and private balconies available here. They're an excellent place to sit back and relax with a glass of wine while enjoying the incredible views of habour. The apartments are situated on the waterfront next to the old town allowing guests to explore the city's history or go island hopping in the Adriatic.
Guests say that the service here is top notch and many are on first name terms with the staff here. The hosts Mia and Josko are mentioned in several reviews as being a great help whether that's with local knowledge, making your stay comfortable or just getting your luggage across the city.
There appears to be other locations that are not the ones advertised on the website. Although the other apartments are of the same quality guests have been disappointed to find themselves in a different part of the city to that which they booked.
