Rooms at this hotel are reasonably priced for a clean, cosy place to lay your head. With a comfortable bed and a good amount of storage, this is a functional place to stay at an ideal rate.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Possible Noise Issues
Many guests comment on the amount of noise you're likely to hear when staying at this hotel. Ironically, it's not noise from the pub below, but from the traffic on the busy road, the tram, and drunk revellers partying until the wee hours of the morning at the other nearby pubs.
negative:
Not an Ideal Shower Experience
Guests report that the water pressure in the shower is quite poor and the water temperature fluctuates between hot and cold without any warning at all, obviously not ideal for a relaxing shower.
negative:
Room Conditions too Stuffy
Air conditioning is not provided and rooms can get quite stuffy, especially the interior rooms with no windows. Guests say there is absolutely no air flow, and the fan provided is too weak to adequately cool the room. If your room has windows, you can open it for a bit more airflow, but you'll be bothered by the noise all throughout the evening.
