About Garden House
Garden House Budapest is a recently renovated guest house,
originally built in 1910, located in Budapest’s city centre.
Each of the 10 rooms is comfortable and individually decorated, featuring free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, towels and complimentary tea and coffee. Family rooms are available for larger groups of guests.
The guest house offers free street parking as well as secure parking at an additional fee, a laundry service, and tourist information is available at reception.
Breakfast is available at the Garden House Budapests’ partner Muterem Café just 30 metres away and there are supermarkets within a five-minute walk from the guest house.
Both the Keleti International railway station and Blaha Luza
metro station are a 12-minute walk from the guest house. Guests can catch the
bus, a minutes’ walk away, to Deak Ferenc ter. The Holocaust Memorial Centre is
roughly a 15-minute walk away.

Weak Wi-Fi signal.
Although most guests had a pleasant stay, some guests have reported that the Wi-Fi signal was not up to standard. It is slow and sometimes you are unable to connect to it.

Some guests have reported that they were unhappy with the level of cleanliness at this guest house. Some of the bathrooms and guest rooms smell of mould and there are insects in the bathrooms. The rooms are not always dusted properly and a little dirty. However, no complaints were made about the towels and bedding.
