The inn offers a range of room types that are individually decorated and very charming. They are spacious, extremely clean and have a ton of personality. The units that have large balconies are great for the view and relaxing on with a drink. Apartments with full kitchens are ideal for longer stays so you can prepare meals or just make breakfast to start your day.
The Inn has lovely grounds that feel like a peaceful oasis away from the tourist bustle of Key West. The pool area and tropical garden with ponds and fountains is inviting and very serene. You can enjoy a free cup of coffee or bring beverages to sit and unwind with. A real bonus as well, there's free parking nearby, which is really hard to come by in Key West and is usually quite pricey. Also, the staff is very friendly and quick to help. They provide great recommendations and will happily arrange scooters, bikes, sailing, and tours—whatever you need.
The Wi-Fi connection is weak in the rooms and doesn't always work.
The air-conditioning isn't very strong or effective.
The mattresses are firm and rather uncomfortable. That said, this is a personal preference and some people may like them.
