Negative Reviews
negative:
Insufficient parking area
Most guests were uncomfortable with the limited parking spaces available at the hotel especially during the weekends. Therefore, guests were forced to park illegally at the streets due to the lack of available spots within the hotel so they had no choice but to pay the fine.
negative:
Poor sound insulation of rooms
Aside from the irritating road and traffic noise, most guests were also disappointed with the high level of noise coming from the bars located next to the hotel. There were also reports of noisy air-conditioning units, and loud talking coming from the neighboring rooms.
negative:
No elevator available at the hotel
Guests had some issues with the absence of an elevator within the hotel. It was very inconvenient for those guests who carry a lot of luggage, and especially for those who were physically challenged and have mobility issues.
