A late 19th century Art Nouveau building lives again after the long renovation, a new life. One ... two ... three generations have crossed the threshold of this residence and now three brothers have the task of giving a more modern light in this old house. In Castiglione di Sicilia at the time of Admiral Ruggero di Lauria, probably, he minted coin: "the Tarì" ancient coinage of the Two Sicilies. The value of the ancient gold coin and the delivery passage of such a precious metal in the dowry of which maidens and young men were once involved, gave a new name to this residence, "Cento Tarì". CentoTarì Guest House is located in the district Taormina-Etna, 25 minutes from the sea and 25 minutes from Piano Provenzana, base point of excursions to Etna's summit craters and ski resorts. Castiglione di Sicilia,our village, belongs to the "Most Beautiful Villages of Italy" and is located inside the Etna Park and Alcantara park.
