Guests love the pools at this resort. The freshwater pools are warm and deep, with the adult-only pools being quiet and relaxing. There is also a salt water pool boasting a variety of fish.

The a la carte restaurants get great reviews, with guests especially enjoying the Japanese restaurant (Sumptuori), and Rodizio - a Brazilian, serving up a variety of different meats. Why not visit El Dorado steakhouse and have your food cooked in front of you?

The animation team here receive great feedback from guests. Working from morning until night, they are on a mission to keep you entertained throughout the duration of the stay - without being pushy, as at some resorts. Guests felt the evening shows were diverse and entertaining.

Some guests have felt that at busy times, it seemed that the hotel could not cope with the amount of people staying. These guests reported long queues at mealtimes, difficulty obtaining a sunbed and problems trying to catch the attention of staff. It's worth noting that this seemed to be an odd day here and there, rather than a running theme over a long period of time.

Some guests felt that there isn't enough variety in the buffet restaurants, and the same dishes are served day in, day out. That said, there are more than enough a la cartes on the complex to keep your tastebuds satisfied.

It's worth noting that parts of the beach are quite rocky, and not suitable for bare feet. Those who wish to take a dip in the water should take some swim shoes with them to avoid injury.
