Grand Hotel In Porto Cervo (Porto Cervo, Italy)

Most of the rooms at the hotel face the beautiful pool and you can enjoy the fantastic scenery from your balcony. You can see the sea and beach from many of the rooms.

The reception staff members pay careful attention to the guests and do their best to make your stay as relaxing as possible. They are very friendly and really go out of their way to help you. They are also willingly available and provide you with all the information you need.

The apartments are very spacious and comfortable. The tasteful and modern decor adds to the hotel's appeal. The rooms are clean and well designed with attention to detail. Guests can have a peep at the nice views of the environmnet from their balconies.

According to many, the Wi-Fi connection was very weak and poor. It wasn't reliable as the connection was not that stable in most rooms. At times the Wi-Fi wasn't available. You had to seek other areas places where the connection is better.

A number of guests thought that the price in the restaurant's menu was expensive for the quality of food offered. They felt that the hotel was charging too much for their meals compared to similar restaurants in the area

Majority of the guests raised concerns regarding the choice of selection on the breakfast buffet. They were of the view that the breakfast needs to have more choices in order to cater everyone comfortably even the guests on special diet.
