Let yourself be seduced by this charming region with its hilly landscape and more particularly by Morganx, a small village 7 km from Hagetmau and 35 km from Mont de Marsan. We look forward to welcoming you with ease to the Topino cottage, independent on the ground floor and completely renovated, with a private terrace, a common gravelled courtyard and the shared swimming pool service, a service only offered from July 3 to August 28. - A pleasant and bright living room is offered to you, with a fitted kitchen, dishwasher, combined refrigerator with freezer section, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, extractor hood. - A living area for meals, and a lounge area with television and wifi. - The sleeping area is made up of 2 bedrooms (1 bed in 140, 2 beds in 90) - the toilets offer a bathroom with Italian shower, - the toilets are independent. - You have a washing machine in a cellar in the annex, access by terrace. For your comfort, sheets, towels and household linen are included, as well as baby equipment (cot, high chair, bath). You also have a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue as well as a gravelled car park and 5000 m of surrounding land shared with owners. The swimming pool offers a dimension of 8x4 m, depth of 1.20m to 1.50 m secured by a wall and gate, on the owner's terrace.
