A complete kitchen upstairs and down. Bedrooms upstairs and down as well as TV room and game room with pool table and dart boards, downstairs. A large dining area attached to an open kitchen. Large living room with 85 inch TV streaming content. Downstairs also has attached screened in room with large cement patio facing the Thunderbay River. Ample yard for children and dogs to romp. Also there is a fenced in yard attached to the patio with screened in porch in case you would like a child or dog contained. Ample walking trails extend from the yard and continue to the state park 11/2 miles down the trail and thousands of acres of state land used for snowmobiles, walking and equestrians in the Mackinaw State Forest. A private getaway but just 1o minutes from a major grocery store and 15 minutes to beautiful, Lake Huron Beaches. Alpena is a quiet, pleasant, mid-size northern Michigan town. You get northern Michigan bliss without Traverse City crowds.
