The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare delicious meals (refrigerator, microwave, oven, kettle and basic inputs) and has clothesline area. Awaits a comfortable sofa in the living room to relax and enjoy a good movie on a 48 inches screen. It has WiFi suitable for streaming and safe box. It doesn't counts with its own garage, but in the same block there are multiple parking lots available to be rented per day.
