Epohikon Studios is located in the center of old Sarti and it is is an ideal choice for couples or families looking to be surrounded by greenery, yet not far from events, promenade and the beach. In its vicinities are supermarket and bakery (at 50m), as well as a pharmacy (at about 40m), while the beach is around 120m far. Epohikon Studios offer two doubles, three triples, and three quadruple studios all with an identical living area (20m2). Double studios have one double bed and both are located on the upper floor, on the front side of the building. Triple studios have one double and a single bed, and they're suitable for two adults and a child. All are located on the lateral side of the building, one on the ground floor and the other two on the first floor. Quadruple studios have one double and two bunk beds, and they're suitable for two adults and two children. All are located on the ground floor, two facing the front and the street, and the third is on the lateral side. All studios have a balcony. Guests can use WiFi internet, a kitchen with a hot plate with two rings, air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, mosquito nets, safe box, and a small bathroom with shower with a curtain, while the baby cot is available upon request. Replacement of towels and bed linen, as well as cleaning, is done after three nights. Guests can also use a washing machine with an extra charge. The spacious yard is a special advantage. There's plenty of greenery and shade, tables with chairs and enough room for children to play, as well as a barbecue. Before you go to the beach, the owners will gladly equip you with parasols, as well as various water beds, balls, and toys. You can have breakfast with an extra charge, but two children can use one meal, as it is quite abundant. Private parking is not available, but there is plenty of parking space nearby.
