Rent is for the entire 4-person, 2 bedroom holiday home, well equipped with room heaters, its own modern kitchen, living /dining room and bathroom and private entrance from the Park. There's a freeview Tv with usb and hdmi ports for your own devices. Mobile 4g reception is generally good. Parking is on site is free, no need to reserve. There is 1 double bedroom with lovely white iron double bed and a second bedroom with a comfy modern bunkbed consisting of double bed with a single bed on top . Clean bed linen, bath mat and towels are provided at the start of each rental. The chalet is serviced between rentals only. The Kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob and microwave and there is a large utility cupboard with shelves, housing washing machine and tumble dryer. The homely Lounge is combined with the dining area and includes a luxurious leather corner sofa, dining table with 4 chairs. Outside, Happy Days Chalet has a garden bench. There is a foldable wooden table with seats in the utility cupboard- for Park use only. The chalet is very tastefully decorated to make you feel at home, as we want to ensure your stay is a happy and relaxing one. Electricity is via a £1 coin meter. Bedding, linen, towels, tea-towels and bathmat and tea and coffee-making facilities are supplied in the well-appointed kitchen. See Availability and Pricing. The park hotel and holiday cottage rental facilities are long gone but the surrounding maintained Parkland is free for you to enjoy. Go on! Go for a leisurely woodland walk, lie in the grass outside the chalet and soak up the sunshine, have a picnic overlooking the River Dart, be whatever you want to be. We have so much to be thankful for here- Devonians are open-minded, like to talk and it’s the humour, adventurous and friendly spirit of West Country people that helps to make this area so very special, and so very relaxing.
