Borgo Tanzi in Parma is a cute and charming studio equipped with a living room with annexed double bed, double couch bed and cooking area, independent central heating and air conditioning. The windowed bathroom has every comfort (toilet, bidet and shower). Very bright and noiseless, finely and intelligently furnished. It’s ideal for a couple or a family. The studio is located in an old building fully renovated in 2013, with 3 apartments with the same characteristics. The studio is located in the heart of the old town, in the very noiseless street called Borgo Tanzi, a short way on foot to D'Azeglio street (university area) where the evening takes shape in the city nightlife. The area is well served by public transport (the bus stop is just in the adjacent D’Azeglio street). The area is not restricted access by car and there is a public parking. Nearby there are: several restaurants, supermarkets, the City Hospital and in 200 meters you can reach city’s green lung – the wonderful Ducal Park - (where you can practise every kind of sport or just walk in complete relaxation).
