positive:
Enjoyable location
Guests who managed to drag themselves away from the pool, spa and golf found the resort offered a convenient base from which to explore the area. The resort is close to the airport and within no more than around 30 minutes from many area attractions.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Charges for incidentals
Guests report that a daily incidentals charge is charged. Guests were often unaware of this charge, thus, the holds restricted their spending during their stay. Furthermore, the daily charge is found to be high, especially if you don’t plan on racking up any charges.
negative:
Some service issues
While it would be unfair to label all the staff here as unaccommodating, previous guests have certainly had their fair share of service related issues. Those reported include an indifferent attitude from staff and a slow poolside drinks service. Also, guests who had reserved an ADA room found these were double booked and guests who asked a question were sometimes advised to look in the welcome book rather than being given a response.
negative:
Noisy air-conditioning units
Guests have found the air-con units in the rooms and suites noisy. Given the warm climate, it’s unlikely you’re going to want to go without cool air, so it may be an idea to pack earplugs.
