You can dock your boat, gas it up, or even rent a boat right on-site at this affordable riverside venue. Quiet and tidy. The Florida sunrise over the water is stunning from all rooms, the lobby koi pond is a lovely touch, and the outdoor swimming pool is pristine and inviting. Just a short twenty-minute ride from St. Augustine and an hour from Daytona. There's a cafe with a free daily continental breakfast, or you can pay to order separately off the menu. Best value in the area.

Rooms are impeccably clean and all overlook the river. No frills, but cozy with comfortable beds, fresh-smelling bedding and excellent Wi-Fi.

Some areas could use an upgrade, which appears to be taking place gradually. While some are an excellent value for a riverside accommodation, others are a bit overpriced for the quality of the provisions. Request a room in the main building if you can and avoid the west wing.

The free continental is a bit sparse, only offering the very basics. Order from the menu for a better selection and quality if you're willing to spend a little more.

You might object to the dirty appearance of some of the carpeted areas - bring your flip-flops or slippers. Although it may have been cleaned, it sure doesn't look very good. Time to replace it entirely.
