They come equipped with 32-inch LCD TV with satellite channels, Wi-Fi, DVD players upon request and in-house movies. Crossroads Hotel has a lobby lounge with ornate, distinctive furnishings as well as a wall covered in pictures that show beautiful architecture and buildings from around the world. The rooftop, in-house café takes advantage of the decorated Kuala Lumpur skyline, offering a spectactular city view. It’s located a block away from the Chow Kit station monorail station, connecting you to the rest of the city. It’s also five kilometres from shopping at Central Market.

Don't expect too much peace and quiet. Cross Roads is at a busy intersection, leading to traffic and noise complaints from guests. Some visitors said that the walls are paper-thin that seeps in all the noise from guests next door as well as sounds from the floors above and below.
