The staff here are hardworking and courteous and speak enough English to converse with. They are friendly and will go out of their way to ensure you have a good holiday.

There is so much going on in the local area that you will be spoiled for choice. From international restaurant brands to bars and local eateries, along with a massage parlour and tour operator there is everything you need within short walking distance of the hotel. Patong Beach is also easily accessible from here.

The rooms benefit from air-conditioning and the beds are comfortable. This is still quite a new property and it is kept exceptionally clean. There is a swimming pool on-site which is the ideal place to enjoy the sunshine. Breakfast service is also recommended here. All in all guests feel this property provides excellent value for money.

Central location comes with a price, some of the rooms that are located nearest to the street may be noisier than others. As this is a popular holiday destination some noise may be heard from other guests.

There have been issues reported with transfers booked via the hotel and therefore you may wish to book these yourself before arrival. These include drivers being under the influence of alcohol and driving erratically.

If you are looking for somewhere to stay for an extended period of time you may wish to compare other hotels which offer more facilities. The pool here is on the small side and whilst bearable for a few days if staying for a week or two you may want to have more amenities to choose from.
