Positive Reviews
positive:
Stunning views and relaxation.
Views from the 8th floor Skybar of Centerhotel Arnarhvoll — which looks out over the sea, mountains and the Harpa Opera House — have had guests raving and if you are lucky, your room will have a similar outlook. The wellness centre, including a steam room
positive:

With the harbour, the main shopping street of Laugavegur and other tourist attractions easily accessible by foot, the hotel offers the handy proposition of being able to explore everything on a whim and escape to a less busy locale. To top this, the Harpa
positive:
Ample breakfast buffet.
You will find plenty on offer in the breakfast buffet, with a decent selection of hot and cold dishes, and lots of it, while the fact it’s served on the 8th floor only adds to the deal.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Bathroom design rather leaky.
The way the showers in the bathroom are designed means that the floors have the tendency to get very wet, with limited hanging space. Make sure you leave your clothes outside.
negative:
Wi-Fi hit and miss.
A few guests have sometimes found the Centerhotel Arnarhvoll Wi-Fi to be weak and the connection not the most reliable, so perhaps ask to be close to the router if you need to work.
negative:
Rooms could be bigger.
Guest rooms have sometimes been found to be smaller than expected, disappointing some, while the breakfast room was also considered to be too cramped by a few people, who found it too busy for their liking.
