All units include en-suite bathrooms with showers or bath/showers as well as free Wi-Fi connectivity. Depending on the unit, guests can enjoy balconies, separate lounge areas, real wood burning fireplaces and pullout sofas. Units also include fully-equipped kitchens for all meal preparations.

Noise issues can be problematic.
Being a family ski resort and condominium village, there are often a number of larger family groups staying at on the property which can be quite noisy, especially with younger children. Guests who prefer a more quiet experience should check in advance before booking. Some guests have also noted a fair amount of road noise, due to the nearby location of the 550 Highway.

No elevator on the property.
The resort is a multi-level building but there is no elevator available for guests staying in rooms above ground level. This can be difficult for guests with a large amount of luggage or those with mobility issues.

Rooms lacking basic supplies.
While each unit is self-contained, general supplies are not included. Guests must purchase their own toilet and kitchen paper, cleaning supplies, bathrooms supplies and so on.
