The Farmhouse Santa Maria is in the centre of Italy, between Todi (30 km), Perugia (37 km), Orvieto (40 km), and Assisi (50 km). Situated on the hillside above the picturesque city of Marsciano and surrounded by the Boutet family olive grove, you will enjoy breathtaking Umbrian panoramas. Agriturismo Santa Maria has not forgotten its agricultural roots and the traditional way of life. The property includes 20 hectares of forest, which the River Faena runs through. Staff can organise a range of excursions and activities, including orienteering and woodland walks. The Pool: in front of Rotecastello, a Medieval town, the salt-treated pool (16 x 7 metres) is set against a beautiful panoramic backdrop. Here there is a barbecue, a bar and toilet (with disabled access), showers and solarium. This is a fairytale setting and the ideal place to relax. Panoramic Terrace: there is a breathtaking view from the terrace, where you are welcome to enjoy breakfast or brunch.
