About Plush Tents Glamping

We started Plush Tents as a place to bring creative local artists and people together to produce a living art project over 5 years ago in Chichester. It was never intended as a Glamping site as the word didn't exist when we first started. Our drive was creativity and escapism, a love of nature & the outdoors. The therapeutic smell of wood burners, incense & barbecues. The sounds of nature, wind blowing through the trees, the dawn chorus or a hedgehog rustling around your tent at night. We have created a space where children run free, where strangers meet around the communal bonfire, in the wood fired hot tub or relaxing in all the hammocks we have hung all around the site. Plush Tents is an ethical 21st century camping experience with a very green ethos, where our guests can embrace nature in comfort, with a team who love the outdoor life. We have been awarded Silver in the Beautiful South Awards and Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence for 2016. We also applied for the Green Leaders Programme and achieved a Platinum Level We got into Britain's 25 coolest campsites review in the Telegraph newspaper We have a 4 star rating with the AA.
