Bleis Hotel (Bologna, Italy)

Guests felt the rooms and the hotel were clean and tidy. They enjoyed to have an organized setting where they could stay in and feel there was care and thought placed into it. Guests enjoyed the clean and comfortable rooms.

Guests were happy to have a breakfast that went beyond the pastry and coffee in the morning. The free breakfast was more like a buffet option that included cereals, fruits and a variety of pastries. There were plenty of choices available.

The staff members were found to be friendly by guests who stayed here. They were kind and gave valuable information on transportation. While in the breakfast room, they offered a good service.

Guests felt the location of the hotel was not the greatest, although if they had a car it was convenient. There is also a bus stop that takes you to the centre. But it is still away from the central area of the city with not much around.

Guests felt the air conditioning did not do a good job of cooling the rooms during the hot summer months. The hot air did not allow them to have a good night's rest.

The Wi-Fi was found to be a poor amenity to have by guests. They would have preferred for the signal to work everywhere but the signal depended on the location. Guests also felt the Wi-Fi should work better since the hotel is catered to business visitors.
